Tacavar started as infrastructure, not a product. We were running our own companies — a healthcare distribution operation, an SEO and marketing agency, our own content pipeline — and the recurring work kept losing to the urgent work. Blog cadences slipped. Reports got pushed. Leads cooled in the inbox.

So we built the thing we wished existed: an autonomous AI operations layer where agents work a kanban board of business jobs on cron cadences, with verification and self-healing so it runs without babysitting. We ran it on ourselves — case study #0 is us — and dialed it in until it was production-grade.

Then we started running it for other businesses. Same loop, different recurring work. That’s the whole company: one flagship product, operated by people who use it every day on their own work.
